As a proud member-owned organisation, we operate honestly and ethically. The Customer Owned Banking Association (COBA) is our industry advocate and shares our view of putting members before profits. Held to the same regulatory standards as banks, over 4 million Australians trust credit unions, mutual banks and mutual building societies as their primary financial institution.

The Customer Owned Banking Code of Practice we abide by outlines our aim to always put our members first. It focuses on member benefits, community involvement, fairer fees and customer service.

As part of our ethical stance on banking, we have 7 key promises that outline how we aim to serve our members.
