Lost or Stolen Cards

If you’ve lost or your card has been stolen, it’s important that you act immediately.

Using The Mac App, you have the ability to lock and unlock your card and you can report it as lost or stolen.

You can also call us on 1300 622 278 or +61 2 4640 9999 if you are currently overseas and we will organise a new card for you as well as cancel your existing card to protect your money and accounts.
