Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update: 23 March 2020

 

During this time of uncertainty, The Mac is committed to ensuring that we are supporting our members, our staff and our community.

We understand that many of our members may be impacted financially by the flow-on effects of COVID-19. We also know that each member's circumstance will be different. Our team is available to help you if you have financial concerns and we urge you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss your personal situation and how we can support you through this time.

Our branch network is still open and we are currently  operating 'business as usual' - we do respectfully ask that you maintain social distancing and refrain from coming into our branches unless it is necessary. We have online services available and can also assist over the phone for most transactions and enquiries

We are working closely with the RBA, our regulator APRA and the Federal Treasurer as well as abiding by guidelines set out by the Australian Federal Government and World Health Organisation.

We will continue to provide you with updates as the COVID-19 situation evolves. We thank you for your support, and most importantly - please ensure you stay safe.
