If you've lost your card, or it's been stolen, it's important that you act immediately. Using The Mac App, you have the ability to lock and unlock your card, report it as lost, stolen or damaged and even order your replacement card. The other option is to call us on 1300 622 278 or +61 2 4640 9999 if you're currently overseas and we'll organise a new card for you and cancel your existing card to protect your money and your accounts.
